Make the most of your iPhone


Some people find ourselves using a distracting app more often than we meant. If that's never you, awesome! You don't need this Mini Series! If you do find yourself losing time on your phone, let's talk!

We often inadvertently build the habit of opening a distracting app. Then, without even consciously realizing it, Rabbit hole! There are places on our devices that reinforce these bad app habits. By altering our devices, we can make the time that we spend in those apps more intentional, unless of an automatic habit. 

Let’s talk about how to hide some distracting apps!
